Learning Huddle

I have been a dental hygienist for nearly 5 years and while I have a passion for this work I feel I have potential for more. Going back to school seems like a natural path for me to take but there is a lot to consider. The time away from work and earning money. The debt from dental school. The list goes on. Any and all advice on this life changing decision is appreciated!

I am a DA looking to become a hygienist. Any recommendations on where I can I go to learn the latest techniques?

I love learning but hate seeking out the courses on my own. Is anyone aware of a place online that lists all of the reputable CE courses and conferences?

I work for a small DSO. We're looking to send our staff of hygienists and DAs to at least one conference annually. We want to make sure the expense is justified and their skill sets are improved beyond the normal networking and fun that happens when away. Can someone help us narrow the list?
